Adobe Issues

What version does the User have? Check the Prolaw Compatibility Guide for known issues.

Uninstall 1. Go to Control Panel. 2. In Windows 10, right-click Start, and choose Control Panel or search for “control panel” with Cortana. 3. Choose Programs > Programs and Features. 4. Choose the Adobe application you want to uninstall, and choose Uninstall.

Install 1. Close all versions of Reader. Close any browser that is displaying a PDF 2. Go to the Adobe Acrobat Reader download page and click Install now.

Repair 1. Go to Control Panel. 2. In Windows 10, right-click Start, and choose Control Panel or search for “control panel” with Cortana. 3. Choose Programs > Programs and Features. 4. Select the Adobe application
5. Click the Change or Repair button
