Log in to check your tickets
Clear Out ProLaw Local Folder
Exit ProLaw and any integrated Microsoft Office applications.
Back up and delete any ProLaw folders found in C:\ProgramData.
Back up and delete the ProLaw Registry keys in HKEY
Right-click the ProLaw desktop shortcut and select Run as Administrator. This will reestablish all of the ProLaw files fresh from the server.
Restart ProLaw normally and test your issue.
