How do I log in to the customer portal?

There are a couple different ways to create a login to the customer portal:

1. You can create a ticket for the first time from our customer portal page and that will generate a New User Welcome Email.

2. Alternatively you can send an email to icacmpsupport.iowacounties.org and this will also generate a New User Welcome Email.
