Windows 7 IPAC Software Update Error

Error Message: Precinct Atlas Ran into an error when resetting the database. Please review error messages in console. Please re-run the update.

If this error occurs, do the following steps: Step 1: Go into “Computer” on your laptop and access the “C Drive”. Step 2: Locate and open the “Database” folder. Step 3: Locate and delete the “PrecinctAtlasPrimary.ldf” and the “PrecinctAtlastPrimary.mdf” files. Step 4: You will need to rerun the PA update. The error should no longer occur.
